Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Vasavi Chits website and app. Your membership in any chit group is governed by the chit agreement you sign for that group; if anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

Your account

You must give your correct name, mobile number and email address, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it.

Showing interest in a chit

Tapping "I'm interested" does not make you a member and does not reserve a month. Membership starts only after verification, signing the agreement and assignment of your month by Vasavi Chits.

Information on this website

Chit details, examples and calculator results are for guidance. The amounts that apply to you are the ones in your agreement and your passbook.

Payments

Installments must be paid by the due date. Late payments attract the penalty stated in the agreement. Payments are confirmed only after they are verified by our team.
